What We Completed and Where We Are Going!
This week marks the end of our experimentation phase of the science fair. Students have had the past 11 class periods to work on conducting their experiments. We are now moving onto to preparing our presentations and data analysis found during the experimentation phase. Students will work on developing a website where they will highlight their predictions, data table, research, conclusions, and other essential pieces collected as they ran their tests. Starting on Monday, students will be submitting final revisions of their project for summative evaluation. The first submission will be their procedures followed by their testable questions. During the course of the week, students will build a graph of their data and complete a claims, evidence, and reasoning analysis. The final portion of the project will be a 10 minute presentation in front of a judge on Wednesday, December 19th. We look forward to seeing all of the hard work of the students pay off as they go public with their findings.
